Vivlo created, produced and launched a state-of-the-art learning platform for Rio Tinto graduates globally. Dubbed “GradTok”, the series of on-demand video modules, workbooks and quizzes were crafted to help graduates develop the essential skills and knowledge they need to achieve success at Rio Tinto.
ON-DEMAND VIDEO LEARNING
The platform includes 120+ short, on-demand videos specifically crafted for Rio Tinto. There are 12 modules, covering a variety of topics such as professional communication, confidence at work, networking, crafting your career pathway and more. Our solution significantly boosted engagement and retention rates as graduates can pause, rewind, and revisit complex topics, ensuring they fully grasp each concept.
WORKBOOK & QUIZZES
Each module featured an interactive quiz designed to reinforce key concepts and measure training completion. Accompanying workbooks provided structured activities and summaries of the video content, allowing learners to engage with the material actively and reference key information as needed. This combination of quizzes and workbooks enhanced knowledge retention and created a more interactive learning experience.
